"We thoroughly enjoyed Hibiscus (two couples). The food and service were both excellent. I had read the reviews before making a reservation and they were all good and I now know why. The music was a bit loud at first but we mentioned it to our server and she spoke to the two men playing Caribbean music and they graciously continued to play but at a lower volume. The music added a nice ambiance to our dinner. We all tried something different, from seafood to chicken to goat. We also shared two orders of the sampler platter. We can't wait to go back."

"A small, intimate space in an unexpected setting. The food was exceptional. There were enough traditional offerings to satisfy the less adventurous, and more unusual (and tasty!) fare for the foodie in us. Everything was fresh and full of flavor, prepared with care. Caring, personable staff. BYOB or enjoy a bottle of New Jersey wine (don't laugh - it's quite good)."

"This is my third time going to Hibiscus, and the first time for brunch. Brunch was unbelievable, the food was great, a great variety to choose from. The only problem was that we had to hustle out since there was another sitting and people were outside just waiting to come in. We did not mind this since we had our wonderful brunch already and felt that others should experience what we did. We were six in our group and each person young and older had a wonderful time, we could see that others surround us had the same wonderful experience. The manager took time out to greet each table which was also a plus for us. Would definately go back soon."
