Hibiscus is the newest jazz spot in Morristown offering only the best of the Tri-State area. We have been closely associated with the New Jersey Jazz Society and as a result have been selected to be the new home of their Baby Grand piano, a special position we truly are honored to hold. With this association and the much realized obligation to our patrons, we make every effort to bring only the best performers to our dining room. These performers come as solo artists, piano and vocals or groups of duos or trios. It is the only restaurant in Morristown offering Live Entertainment 4 times weekly, including live Jazz 3 times each week.
