The Chef
Chef Orville Brandon is not only Jamaican born but is also a Johnson and Wales University graduate. As an award winning chef, he currently enjoys the position of being one of few, that is skilled in preparing an array of dishes from French, Italian, Chinese and American fare, to his very own Jamaican cuisine, which also includes other dishes from the wider Caribbean. He often showcases the art of cooking in these various styles in the creation of his Dinner specials. This combination of talent & expertise is very rare, you either find a chef that specializes in one type of cuisine or the other, however, Here at the Hibiscus, Chef Orville prepares and presents all these cuisines at the highest standards.
